1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DavUDT Urban Design Toolkit ("Service"), operated by DaVinci Lab ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DavUDT is a cloud-based urban design and planning platform that provides tools for site analysis, program generation, 3D design, AI-powered rendering, presentation creation, and related features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered access levels.

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5. AI Credits & Usage

AI-powered features consume credits. Each subscription tier includes a monthly credit allocation. Additional credits can be purchased separately. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, graphics, and documentation, is owned by DaVinci Lab and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service (designs, projects, renderings). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for providing the Service. We will never sell your data or use it for purposes unrelated to running the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DaVinci Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
